Need Help

My computer has a problem, I don't know what I have to do when this message appears(alonge a rare noise from the CPU),,I can't get in to Windows....Is there someone could tell me what this means and how can I fixed......

I get this message when I've been fooling around inside the case, and knock the hard drive cable loose. The computer defaults to a "Lan" boot if it can't find the hard drive. Check/replace the IDE cable.
