Need help with WQL and a custom collection

I have a group of machines that are running NT workstation that I need to exclude from "All Windows NT 4.0 Workstation" collection. I have created a collection called "Package Excluded Workstations" but I need some help with the correct WQL commands. I need to add a statement to the "all windows nt 4.0 workstation" query that will exclude the "package excluded workstations" collection from being included. Any ideas on how to do this or links to some helpful info and tips? Thanks in advance.
