Need help with two Virus Alerts

Hello,everyone been working on this for two days now.I'm new at pc,I have had two Norton Virus alerts backdoor Trojan.Came up as C:\Docum~1\Dad~1.Foc\Locals~1\Temp\16493421156.Dad is my user name.All so i have Ad-aware.They said it is a Temp file that i have to fine it in my Temp files and deleted.Been looking for two days now can not fine it.But it is in my Norton Quarantine backup.One more thing please when i run Ad-aware the scan will not finish.The scan stops at(C:\system volume Info\_Restore B37680B2-BAOA-4E5D-BF30-83E440).Have to go into Ad-aware to files and folders and uncheck it then scan will finish.Could you tell me what is C:\system volume Info_Restore.Thank You your help will be Greatly Appreaciated.

If Norton quarantined the file, then it's in Norton's quarantine area. You can delete it from the quarantine area within Norton.

C:\system volume Info_Restore is a protected volume for System Restore. See

Smah Thank You I'm going to keep it in Norton backup little longer to make sure my puter is running ok.Makeing sure Norton did not make a bobo.You have a nice forum here.
