NEED HELP WITH TWEEN

I have made a letter J on a new screen. I right clicked on it and clicked Free Transform. Made it rotate upside down.
It works "in a sense." It plays fine when you are in editing mode. But when I go to preview it with flash player it will only display the starting frame and not the rest.

I just want to able to see all the frames. I am using motion tween with this. I have tried the shape tween and doesn't work either.

If you guys could give any help or ideas on how to fix this, it would be greatly appreciated.

Well maybe I'm missing a step. It works within the flash editor while I create the scene, but it doesn't work with the flash player or html player. Maybe I need to configure something a little differnet? A little help please. A suggestion even.
