Need help with timeout problem

Here is my scenario:

I have a project that was originally created in InterDev. I cant publish from InterDev because the project files seem to be missing, so I opened everything up in FrontPage. They all open fine.

When I go to publish I get a server connection timeout. So I increased the connection timeout on the IIS server from 900 up to 10,000 and that made no difference at all.

I need to get this web app up on the new server and sure could use some suggestions here.
