Need help with SQL statement

Hello-

First let me say that I have a very limited knowledge of SQL, so I appreciate anyone who can help me walk this through.

Basically I am trying to pull all the records from "table A" where the "INITIAL_EMAIL" column equals the "INITIAL_EMAIL" column in "table B

Because you want the pull data where the columns are equal....

There are a variety of joins. You should spend a little while getting familiar with them, so you at least know what is possible.

Other join types include

Left Join
Right Join
Full Outer Join
Cross Join
