need help with simple graphic and sound project

I want to make a flash insert for a web page.

I want to have a clip art of a golfer and a wave file of a golf swing that plays. I need help figuring out how to do this in Flash.

Once I figure out how to do this, maybe I can get fancier and make a flash movie of golfer hitting a ball and the sound of the ball being hit. Is this possible? Thanks. I am a beginner at Flash and am really having some difficulty with it. For example, I saved an .fla file, but I don't know if that is what you insert into a web page. Thanks in advance.

No, the outputed .swf is what you would upload to your server along with the html in which this movie is embedded.

But if you upload your .fla to your server (zip it up), and provide a link for us to download it, I (we) could have a look at it and help you out further.
