Good afternoon. I am by NO MEANS an IT guy. I am a programmer, and not a very good one at that! Last night, my server got bogged down, and it is in need of a re-boot. My IT guy is out of town, and cannot be reached. I need to know what I need to do to get into the server and re-boot the machine remotely. It is a Linux machine running Redhat 9 (I think) and has Plesk Server administrator on it. (I cannot connect to Plesk either!) I can ping the server, and it responds, but other than that, I get NO websites.

Any help?
