need help with router config

Greetings all-
Am having problems with a remote router configuration. I recently changed service providers, and the re-config is killing me (I don't know much yet).

If anyone can help me, please respond to this thread so it will display on this web site - My e-mail server is not receiving any mail since the switch.

What is your link to your ISP? Cable, DSL, Frame, EXT..
What kind of router do you have?
