Need help with restrictng calls on Opt 11 1

I am looking for some assistance restricting calls on a single DN on an Option 11 system. I want to make it so the phone can only dial internally and cannot make or receive outside calls. I know I need to change something in the Class of Service but I don't know what. Can anyone help me with this?

As far as not recieving calls, if they have a DID change the number to an internal one. Look in the NTP in LD 11 under class of service FRE

Class of service FR2 is for internal calls only.
