Need help with remote location and modular messaging please

This was all setup before I started working here and now I am trying to make vm work at one of our branches which never has according to them.

Branch has an S8300 and vm seems to be all setup in the server, however one thing immediately grabs my attention. On hunt-group 99 this is what I see. The thing that I notice right away is that Group Extension rings busy right away if you dial it. So can somebody tell me what that is, and how I can troubleshoot or change it to something else?

Also we do have another branch that has a similar setup and their vm is working. The mm server is back here with me at the Corp. office.

Not Familiar with centralized MM but how about comparing the settings with the remote site that works and the one that doesnt work and see if anything obvious jumps out at you.
 
How is the remote site connected?
Is this an LSP?

Can the remote site dial other extensions in the main site?

Do a "list trace station" on the ext you are dialling from when you dial from the remote site and see what error you get
