Need help with pullout menu

I'm trying to create a three-tiered pull out menu for a site I've been working on.

If you go to:

http://www.linnproductions.com/jaelle/rcas/

you can see what I have so far. Note: so far I've only had a chance to test it in IE, and it probably doesn't work in other browsers perfectly yet.

If you mouse over Calendars & Events, you can see the first pullout comes out just fine, but the problem is that at the same time the 2nd pullouts for each of the submenu links come out at the same time. I need them to come out when I mouse over the sublinks.

Have you considered using the tried and true methods of Suckerfish or Ultimate Drop Downs? Those do what you want and work cross browser.

Thanks for the links. The suckerfish method was very helpful.

Sadly I am still having problems. I need the 2nd level of links to be white instead of blue, but nothing I try seems to work. Does anyone have an idea I can try?

Nevermind about that! Apparently I'm smarter than I thought B-) Got it figured out. So now I'm going to attempt to figure out how to get it to work in various browsers besides IE.
