Need help with Photoshop Elements 3.0 Can't get rid of 1/2 inch tab

Trying to do 4x6 boarderless printing but dont want the 1/2 inch tab. Is there a way to remove that so it is actually boarderless? Any help will be greatly appriciated.

This is a question for your print driver software manufacturer.

Photoshop can print to any size.
