Hi all,

I am using SharePoint 2010. I used the Project Tracking template to create a site. It has a Projects list and a Tasks list.

I created a KPI that uses Hours as actual and PlannedHours as Target. These two columns belong to Tasks list.

I created a Filter with Tasks as datasource, ProjectID as Key and connected it to the Scorecard containing the KPI.

My problem is that when deployed, the KPI doesn't filter by project. It only shows total hours for all projects, irrespective of what project I select in the filter.

I also tried changing the filter to use Projects as datasource, and pass the ProjectName to the KPI. That also fails to work with the hours.

What is it that I am doing wrong?
Any pointers?
TIA,
Sheila
