Help, Help... here is the problem. Oh... first I should tell you that I am using Outlook 2007. When sending an email from a group mailbox, the sent email goes into your personal sent folder. I need aways of moving these items to a different folder used to consolidate only the sent emails from the group mailbox. I should also note that the objective is to reduce mail volume. So any solution that would create additional emails will not work for the scope of this.
I tried establishing rules. However, the rule only seemed to apply to emails that came into my personal inbox - not my personal sent folder.
Is there a way to do this? I am open to ideas. If rules can not be used to do this... or if changing option settings will not help... what about a macro?
