So, I had my clec port some AT&T DS0 lines to our PRI.
Now, now do I port them to an extension?
These numbers all have extensions of 1182,1183,1184

What I have done:
CMD>760>1182>6182
CMD>10>6182

When I call I get a number is disconnected message. o_O
This port was issued at 10AM yesterday and I am worried it did not go through correctly, but the clec says the numbers are on their switch now instead of AT&T's. What gives?

Sounds like Telco, it's thier intercept, however you should check the following assignments..CMD 200>1>804 = 4 digit extensions. CMD 200>6>804 = 4 digit extensions. CMD 3518>PRI RT>0 = allow digit conversion. CMD 3512>PRI RT>3 = defaulted for 4 incoming digits from Telco.

ok,all is good as far as the telco stuff goes.

I've never setup a new extension before, I've only maintained existing ext and have moved them.

I had 2 open LENs that I've assigned to these new DID numbers.
So, I set incoming number 1182 to ext.6182 (CMD760>1182>6182)
I went into CMD>10>0054>F6182 but the phone is not active, no lights or display (DTERM Series E)
If I switch the pair going to the phone to another known working extension physically by punching it down at the block next to the switch it works. So the wiring is good but the LEN or port is screwy. How can I find out if a LEN or port has a digital card associated with it. Maybe these were empty for a reason?

LEN 0054 is card slot number LT 13, third port up from the bottom of the card. You can ID the card by reading the designation on the component side. EX: 4-DLC-D or -Q is a multiline card. 4-LCD-A or J is a single line card. 4-COT-B or Q is an analog trunk card.

Yep, it was an analog trunk card. I cycled though our LENs and found some open digital trunks and all is working well.

Thanks belevedere!
