need help with Neax 2000 ips system 1

When a user presses speaker phone, he can hear person on the other end but they cannot hear him. How do I turn of the mute on his end?

Feature button then 1 , this toggles the mic on and off.You may have to do it a few times , our phone are a little stubborn sometimes.
