Need Help with modifying a javascript

No offense man (which I'm sure you won't take because you didn't write it), but that code is garbage. It's not indented at all making it very hard to read and debug, it relies on browser sniffing to work correctly, and it doesn't work in firefox at all. I'd try to find another script, or just recode one yourself.
