Need help with Mitel OP27 codeless handsets (Not subscribed)

Hi
I have swapped a faulty op27 and a working op27`s mac address on the system to swap the Exts.
That did not swap the phones and it kept displaying not subscribed.
Then I`ve revert the mac addresses back to how it was hoping that it should work.
But still i`m getting the not subscribed message on the displays.
How can i get this working please.
I`ve never setup op27`s before.

Hi

You will need to log onto the primary OMM and enter the IPEI of the new phone and sucribe the set
