need help with mermail

mermail is installed on a new system. Mermail seems to be working,but it does not pick up at all and says that my session can not continue at this time and transfers me to the attendant. Express messaging works fine, I can even leave messages and retrieve them, So I know Mermail works.

I checked the cls,hunt,and the fdn from another switch and a working phone and made them same for same. Any help would be appreciated.
 
have you created mail boxes for your dn's ???

Is your link up between the PBX and the Mer Mail?
 
You need to assign your number in the VSDN table as VM

From main Menu select 3, then 4, then 1. Press f7 to add

Enter your DN and for service VM.

you will also need to define express messaging and prompt maint at this location also.
 
make sure that your vs dn is the same number as the number as the acd group that the agents are built in. if that is not the problem repost with a system type. (your link is up are i don't beleive you could express mail, do you get lamps after a express mail?
