User has forwarded his M3903 to External DID. First call forwards, however, second call rings to ?????. External DID has call waiting.

i would change key 0 and 1 to mcr 4329, then the hard forward would work for both, remember if i forward both lines to my cell, the second call can't reach me without call waiting on that cell, with an isdn style pri, i get call waiting, if i don't answer, the call goes to my cell voice mail. if the call comes in on standard t1, the second call never hits my cell

If calls come in at the same time system could be getting confused. Try and build an ACD DN, MAXP 1, NCFW 81.....
then forward the set to the ACD dn.
