Need help with listing open browser windows in a Menu

Could someone tell me how I can create a history menu of all open browser windows? I have an application which runs in a web browser. The menu items of the page open new browser windows each time. Thus when there are many open windows it will allow the user to view all under the 'Windows' part of the menu. I have on my toolbar menu which is created in Javascript an Item called 'Windows' where I am hoping to display the list of all open windows just like there is in MS Word or Excel. Can someone tell me how to do this? Also is there a way of displaying the pages as names v/s links?

Any help is appreciated.

but the problem is that the new windows must be opened using one page... is that O.K?

Hey vbkris! Not sure what you mean. These are not new windows I am talking about....they are already opened windows...such that when you click on the item 'Windows' on the menu it shows you the list of all the ones you have open. So you can navigate between them easily. You will notice that 'MS Word' and 'Excel' have the same functionality though I am not sure how they have done it.
