Need help with KRS

I have several authorizations for Nortel / Avaya products that I have purchased. I need to convert them into Keycode files to upload into my BCM. Is there someone here that can assist me? I have all the information I need on my system to share.

Ideally, I'd like to find out how I can get I username/password for the KRS, but I'm not quite sure how I go about that process as I'm an end-user of the product, and there are zero Nortel/Avaya partners near me.

Curlycord, you are correct, I do have 8 dealers within 45 miles of me, but none of them will work on my system because I'm too far away and not running R6.
