Need help with kappa

hi!

I am a new user to SAS and am a research assistant. I have a huge dataset in sas and have been calculating the Kappa and weighted kappa for the same using sas.

Now I need to calculate the Bias and prevalence index for the kappa and the same data set.

Can anyone tell me if there is any way to calculate the same in SAS?

I found some formulaes for these indices for 2 by 2 tables. right now i can calculate the indices manually using the frequency tables SAS gives me. But this is an extremely long process.

Also I wanted to know the formulaes or ways to calculate the bias and prevalence index for 3 by 3 tables , 4 by 4 tables and so on.
