Need help with JInternal Frames

Hi,
what i want to know is that how to make JInternalFrames when slected get focus plus come on top of all the other JInternal frames inside,right now it gets focus but the old/unfocused r still on top and whatever i do the newly focused frame doesnt come on top.
if someone can help me it would be gr8.
thanx a lot
