Need Help with IPOD VIDEO SYNC

I have noticed this is a large problem with many Ipod users trying to convert videos and put them on their Ipod. I am having issues with the audio and video synching together once converted. The audio and video seem correct in the beginning of the movie but tend to lose sync further into the film. I know someone on TT can help me so please offer your input.

I have a 30g video ipod and I am using videora ipod converter.

Nevermind I was able to figure it out, if anyone has this problem feel free to post and I'll show you my solution!
