Need Help with InstallShield for Visual C++

Hello,
If anyone could please give me some help or direction in regards on how to properly use the CreateProgramFolder function in InstallShield for VisualC++.
The samples they provide have gotten me so far as adding an icon to the Start Menu but I would rather like to add an entire folder complete with uninstall icon. Any assistance on this would be great as I am a novice with this. Also, if anyone has any helpful links or pdfs, etc. they could send along I would appreciate those too!
