need help with IDC

I just built a new IDC table 1 and converted DID 9000 to system # 5200. I put x5200 on a phone. I changed the CDB as shown below:
FCR_DATA
NFCR YES
MAXT 20
OCB1 255
OCB2 255
OCB3 255
IDCA YES
DCMX 20
I changed my incoming T1 as shown below:

IDC YES
DCNO 1
NDNO 1 *
DEXT NO
DNAM NO

when I call NPA-NXX-9000 I am still routing to the attendant. 9 is the AC1 code at this site. Is this what's causing my problems? please help. thank you.

Go into LD 16 and at IDC prompt enter yes.... at DCNO enter IDC table number.

I actually did that, and posted another question because I couldn't get it to work but I only allowed IDC on ONE of TWO incoming routes, so I got that fixed. But A) I still get a * at the NDNO prompt when I print the route to make sure I got the programming right and B) I am really hoping I can allow IDC on my tieline route (even though the NTP says it's only applicable to DID routes). If you could help me understand the * that would be great. Thanks!
