Hello friends, this my first time trying to do a report with Hyper-links.

In my main report I am displaying summary like this

Date No of Scheduled Items No of Missed Items
08/15/2007 3 0
08/16/2007 4 1

So when I click on number 3, it should take user to detail report
which has report like this

Client name date Chartnumber
Jhon 08/15/2007 20
Diamon 08/15/2007 35
Symon 08/15/2007 49.

Similarly if he clicks on 0 he should not get any records.
Any ideas on this how to implement this?. Thanks a lot for your help and time.

If you group by day and right-click on the detail to set Hide / Drill Down, the details would be displayed when the user clicks. Equivalent to 'Hyperlink'.

It helps to give your Crystal version - 8, 8.5, 9, 10, 11 or whatever. Methods sometimes change between versions, and higher versions have extra options.

Sorry if I am unclear, the second report is completely different having different fields, only common factor is the date. And when the user actually clicks it it should display records particular to those numbers.

I am using Crystal version XI.
Thank You.

Hello friends I figured it out finally, I used on demand subreports as and displayes in values in those.
Thanks for all your time.
