I am new to a small company which has a Vodavi Triad 3 phone system. So far I have been fine using manuals I have found online to do what I need to do but I do not understand how to modify the hunt groups. In the manual I found it says to hit "flash" then dial "30" and the top left flex button should light up. I get nothing when I try to do this. Do I have to do this on a certain phone or station number?
