Need Help with Forte Free Agent - Won't Authenticate

While Agent worked this morning, it won't work tonight and I'm baffled. Everytime I try to download new headers, I get an error 480, server failed to authenticate. I check my settings and everything seems OK, even tried it with Zone Alarm shut down... no dice. All other access to the internet including email... is working fine.

I apologize if this is the wrong place to post this, but after several searches, I couldn't find any sections devoted to newsreaders or Agent.
