Need help with form!

Open the form in design mode, Go to the form properties and click the Event tab, click the On Open text box and then click the ... button to the right of the box. Double click the Code Builder from the list that is displayed.
Now enter DoCmd.Maximize at the cursor.
Close and save the form.
The form should now maximize each time it is opened.
