Need help with Exchange Agent - Backup server isn't seeing it. 1

Exch 5.5 SP2 on NT4 SP6, BE 8.5 on NT4 SP6.

I have the remote agent installed on the exchange server and it's started and the install went off with no problems.

My backup server is working just fine and sees everything on the network - but the agent field is greyed out. Is there something special that I need to configure to get the backup server to "look" for the exchange agent?

Any help would be really appreciated. TIA

Found the problem - the service account password was wrong for one of the services on the backup server.
