Need help with Event ID 2000

The other day i saw about 20 Event ID 2000 in the System Event Viewer.

The error was:

The server's call to a system service failed unexpectedly.


The Data in words not hex was:

0000: 00040000 00540001 00000000 c00007d0
0010: 00000000 c000009a 00000000 00000000
0020: 00000000 00000000 053e0339


Any body have this problem before???

I could not login to this server and the application on the server stopped working.

Unfortunately there is not much info regarding this;

Explanation

The server received STATUS_INVALID_PARAMETER (c0000008) when it called NtQueryInformationFile (bc0). If a user application request is submitted incorrectly by a client operation, the server logs the failure. The server is failing a SrvQueryBasicAndStandardInformation () call. The commands dir \\servername\ipc$ and dir \\servername\pipe result in the same error.

Has anything changed recently?

I am having this same problem but it is being recorded more than 20 times. There are places to look, the 2nd octet of the 2nd line and the 3rd octet of the 3rd line.

I also have c000009a which means "STATUS_INSUFFICIENT_RESOURCES" but cannot find much advice/solutions for this error code.
