Need help with enable 550 exchange from 310 area code 1

Hi All,

Can someone show me how to enable 550 exchange from 310 area code (cs1000)

right now 550 exchange is program as deny

How do I enable it?

do an alow on it (I think) and it will negate the deny.

Then how do I allow 550?
