We are installing a IVR system with ASR integration. IVR system is working, but ASR does not. The problem seems to be related to CSP processing as there are messages in the log that shows a problem when trying to record the speech in dialogic. We need to be sure dialogic configuration is right.
The dialogic card is a D/600 JCT 1E1 working using E1-CAS. We want to configure the csp 2nd board included.
