Need help with dbase connection

When I try to connect to a dbaseIII file I get the following
"Failed to load database information" and then "Unknown database connection error" . The file opens fine in dbase and clipper, data is intact, everything seems fine. Have re-installed Crystal XI to alleviate any issues that may have been caused by the install. If anyone has any idea I am all ears. Thanks

What connection method are you using the access the data file? Is the correct driver installed with your CR installation?
