I'm working on a chart report utilizing Crystal Reports v8.0. All my data is located in an Access 2002 database.
What I'm trying to accomplish is the layout of the report when it comes to the Date of Payment and the Amount Paid.
Currently my report looks like this:
Date of Payment Amount Paid
=============== ===========
11/01/2001 $5,955.00
11/15/2001 $6,222.00
11/23/2001 $7,500.00
11/30/2001 $2,245.00
Grand Total: $12,345.00
And then the chart. Dates are on the left hand side, amount paids are on the bottom.
What I like to do now is take all the months I entered data for and get my report to look like this.
Date of Payment Amount Total
=============== ============
November, 2001 $12,345.00
Chart
What it's doing now is still taking all my weekly dates and putting them on one page and the chart on the next page.
I'm also grouping this report by the number of vendors. I'm also using a date parameter formula that allows me to choosed my dates.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
