i need help setting up a css sheet for this site

it has layers and uses tables.

if you try to view it may look a bit 'lop-sided'

how can i do it so thtat he layout is perfect.

i thouht a css would solve this??????????

I suggest you look at

http://www.w3schools.com/css

and read through their css tutorial. The site posted already has some style information in it. You can easily move that to an external file but I suggest you read up on css first. Also, as a reference check out

(That last link is really a sidebar for Mozilla/Netscape but works as a plain web page.)
