Need help with BUG820 1

New ACD SUPV with restricted observe. Every time she presses the OBV key we get BUG820. (Invalid ACD supervisor in observe procedure. Procedure ACD_IO).
Problem started out, her OBV key once presses would not release. Had to unplug set to get it to release. Tried a new set (M2616) and also a new TN. The OBV key now releases and she is able to monitor, but we still get the BUG820 every time she uses it. Any Ideas?

kinda software/PBX? When doing all you did, out and rebuild? using sym or raw ACD? did you MOV cmd on a Supervisor set? if you did, look no further - corrupt software.

No. I deacquired in CCM(Symposium), disabled, outed, then rebuilt the set on a new TN. Removed the old TN in CCM and added the new one then re-acquired. What started this was when she entered the observe mode, she couldn't release the OBV key. Had to unplug the set to release it. Now that she has the new set and a new TN she can observe fine. We just get the BUG820 every time she does.

Here's what, if it is corrupt, you can shut down Sym, do a sys reload (cycle power) and it will clear TNB corruption. If it is a stuck pointer, Debug in PDT will have to be used to clear it by qualified personnel. If you can swing it, I would shut down sym, reload, power up sym.
