need help with brushes.

i want to reset all my brushes because they're all messed up, look at this for example

i want to change them back to they're non caligraphy look. also for some reason i can no loner create lines like the ones that start small get thicker in he middle and get thin again, for example

this line should look like along toenail clipping, but the simulate pressure thing doesnt work anymore, ive already tried going to the brushes window and hitting "reset brushes" but that didnt help, help plz. i just want the brushes to all be reset like the when barley installed photoshop.

my version is PS is CS2 and my OP is windows 2000
