Need Help with Aloha Quickservice Delivery

I have several issues and questions:

When I do a customer lookup on the FOH I can pull up a customer with their name but when I try by phone number I get an "invalid character" error message. I try inputting the number alone and with the area code.

In the BOH I set the option to pull up the last 5 orders from customers. Its my understanding that when you do a customer lookup the last order they had should come up automatically? Its not happening, should it?

Sounds like you don't ahve any default are codes set up in DFB.

I never use the last order because it will cause mistakes but if you need that info it will work. Set that up on the DFB interface.
