I have loaded Aloha data base downloaded to my PC to do self-training programming. But my errors keep coming up like CRTSVR not found or will not response. Lana not found. It was working for a day but now it will not allow me to use to maintenance >item >employee. Can someone help with a new data base CD?

Need help with Aloha on labtop PC...

First off are you using a HASP (either parallel or USB) on your laptop? If not you will have to use a flag at the end of the command line to start Aloha Manager to allow it to operate without the HASP key. If this is the case go to Aloha/bin and right click on AlohaMgr, select send to desktop. Go to the desktop and right click on the new shortcut to Aloha Manager and select properties. At the end of the target line add " /remote". The line will probably be "c:\aloha\bin\AlohaMgr.exe /remote". That will allow Aloha Manager to run without the HASP.
