Need help with Advanced Aloha programming

Hi I am pretty computer/pos literate and I really want to learn all the advanced features of aloha so I can really optimize what I want from the system. I am looking for literature I can download or online that is more intensive then the "user guides" they give you. Does anyone have a possible link or ISO download.

Most of the pdf files for Aloha are very basic how to guides. For the more advanced features, like check configuration, food costs, inventory control, setting reports ect, it is more of a trial an error for an end user. You can also reach out to many of the experts here for advice.

What parts of the system would you like to optimize? What advanced features do you think are out there you would like to know?

Lastly, what version of Aloha are you using. Table service or Quick service and what version number?

I just wanted a jumping off point of knowledge instead of trial and error learning but I will just go for it and post here whenever I hit an impass. Thank you
