We have the NT backup program running nightly doing incremental backups. This is done to an external USB drive of 300gig. We also have two 750 gig drives connected by Ethernet 100Base-T. Once a week I manually move the nightly backup to one of the 750 gig drives. This frees up space on the 300gig drive for more. Once a month I do a complete backup to the 300gig. After a while I delete older backups from the 750 to free it up. Coping files from the 300gig USB drive to the 750 gig Ethernet takes many hours. These files are anywhere from 20gig to 122gig for month end.
I would like to automate this weekly copy process to work on the weekend with a Batch file or something.
Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Buying a nice Tape backup is not in the budget.

TIA

So... what do you do for offsite backups? What happens if the building burns down or something?
