I have a user who is running Excel 2000, he is linking Reuters to Excel within the formula he can't get Sept 04 to run correctly, we can get Sept 05, 06 and so on to run just dandy but Sept 04 will not run I am including the formula.
I would appreciate any feedback...

Thanks again...

Hi,

It's a bit hard to see what the problem might be here, since there's no apparent date references in the formula you gave, or an indication of what the error is.

One possibility, though, is that 'Sept 04' is being evaluated as 'September 2004' instead of 'September 4th'.

Cheers

Thanks for the response, it is appreciated. I was able to open it in Excel 2003 and saved it, and that fixed it. I must have had a blonde moment when I ran it at my desk it kept giving me an #ref error...it would have helped if I had Reuters on my machine...so much for being technical!
thanks again...
K
