I've read a few faq's about this and it seems simple. I found something about an RLI and a few other acronyms that I don't know.

How does one get into the RLI to change the setting ?

Thanks in advance.

PS - Our Models are M7310. Our phone system is pretty old - about 8 yrs old.

then do your change.. to move to 10 digits all i did was point the local npa to my local trunks.. before that it was pointed to the ld's since the non seven digit 803's were ld.. that would mean that i could out my nxx's..

Thanks for the quick reply John, but I'm just not familiar with the system, and I am not sure how to get to these commands

Are they command line references ? I assume I can't do these directly from the phone set right ?

Our Models are M7310.. my bad, post this in the merridian northstar forum.. same color different line size and commands.. access to that is feature **266344 with the password being the 266344 (config) those passwords are in the users manual so i can post them here.. usually you wouldn't need to make changes for 10 digit dialing on that system

After i get in - which menu is it John ?

I have made changes on these phones many times - I'm just unfamiliar with the setup part of it.

When my users dial with the "519" before the #, they get a busy signal after 7 digits.

Sorry for being a pain :)
