Need Help VPN Inquiries

I have three locations (two with Netgear WG621 Wireless Router) and (one with LinkSys Wireless Router) When I connect to IP, one computer have to be disconnected before the other can connect. Is there a minimum number of VPN can be connected on routers...etc??? I'm new to the VPN Networking.

#2 Also, Anyway to have the VPN connect to the same IP address?

#3 Where can I go in Window2000 Server, to see a list of IP being used & avliable to be used.
