Does anyone know how to get NAV CE 7.5 to managed clients that are behind a firewall and use network address translation (NAT)?
I can install the clients and register them with the server. When the clients run scans and find viruses, the virus detection shows up on the symantec system center console.
However, the server can't get detailed information from or do any kind of management of the clients.
To the server, all of the clients appear to have the same IP address (as one might expect), which is the firewall/NAT server IP address. Their hostnames show up, however.
