Need Help Understanding Event Reports

Can someone explain to me what the following fields mean in a vector event report? I want to understand how to read an Event Report.

Event Data 2 -
Evnt Cnt -

In addition to this I use EWT within a vector, I ran an event report for all my vectors and I am seeing event descriptions stating "EWT no history for split...", any idea what might be going on?

Did you make sure the split is being measured?

Yes the Skills/Hunt are being measured as both, we report off these.

It is really difficult to read the event logs. Does some one have the details of event logs.

Event information is found in the following manuals:

Maintenance for Avaya MultiVantage and DEFINITY Server R - pages 8-125 to 8-137.
Avaya MultiVantage Call Vectoring and EAS Guide - pages 514-531.


Event Type: unique number that identifies the type of vector event that occurred.
Event Description: text describing the vector event.
Event Data 1: <Vector Number>/<Step Number> or Split<number>
Event Data 2: additional data, encoded as a hex number. Serves as a call identifer.
First Occur and Last Occur: self-explanatory
Evnt Cnt: total number of vector event of this type that have occurred.

Type 50: A ROUTE-TO step in the vector failed to reach the intended destination.

Type 81: The vector step was "COLLECT X DIGITS AFTER ANNOUNCEMENT XXXX"; but no digits were collected. The next step in the vector processes normally.

Type 560: Proprietary code; call Avaya.
